Terms of delivery – Zest & Zero AB

Zest & Zero AB offers safe and fast delivery of our non-alcoholic beverages directly from our logistics center at NTG in Osby. Below you will find our delivery terms that apply to purchases in our webshop.

Delivery areas

We currently only deliver within Sweden.
During the start-up phase, we focus on offering safe and efficient deliveries nationally before opening up to more countries.

Delivery method

We offer two delivery options:

1. Delivery to the collection point

Your package will be sent to the DHL or Schenker agent closest to the address you enter at checkout.
You will receive a notification via text message or email when the package is available for collection.

2. Home delivery

You can choose home delivery to the address you provide at checkout. The carrier will contact you with information about the delivery day and time interval.
You must be at home to receive the delivery, or accept delivery without a receipt (if the carrier offers this).

Delivery times

Normal delivery time is 2–5 working days from the time the order is confirmed.
During holidays and promotional periods, delivery times may be slightly longer.

Shipping cost

The shipping cost is calculated at checkout and is based on the selected delivery method and delivery address.
We offer free shipping during promotions or when the order amount is exceeded when stated in the store.

Transport damage

If the package or contents are damaged upon delivery, this must be reported directly to the carrier and to us within 48 hours along with a picture of the damaged goods. Via email to info@zestandzero.com
Always save packaging and damaged goods until the matter is resolved.

Unclaimed packages

Packages that are not picked up or received will be charged a fee of SEK 149 to cover shipping and handling costs.

Customer responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct contact and address information when ordering. Any additional costs incurred due to incorrect information may be charged to the customer.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

Because our products are food, special rules apply to returns.

Right of withdrawal

According to the Distance Contracts Act, customers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing online.
Exception : The right of withdrawal does not apply to foods that can deteriorate quickly or where the seal has been broken – which includes our drinks.

This means that we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

When can I make a return?

We accept returns or offer a refund if:

  • The product is damaged upon delivery.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product in some way does not correspond to the description

In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will help you immediately.

Transport damage

If the package is damaged upon delivery, we ask that you document the damage (photo) and contact us immediately, and we will take the matter forward with the carrier.
