About us – Zest & Zero

Our vision is clear: non-alcoholic beverages should receive the same care, storytelling and sense of quality as traditional wines. It's time to give a part of your wine cellar – or wine cooler – to premium non-alcoholic products that inspire, enrich and taste amazing.

Four years ago I started yoga – something that changed everything. It gave me clarity, energy and a new respect for my body. It sparked a desire to live healthier, to feel strong, fresh, focused and full of vitality through all phases of life. Yoga taught me that presence and well-being go hand in hand with the choices we make every day.
That realization led me here.

Clarity is the new luxury.

I like the English expression "mindful drinking" , in Swedish it can be translated as moderation. We wanted to choose moderation. What we quickly realized was that the range available on the market was boring, standardized and of relatively low quality. It was difficult to find good non-alcoholic alternatives. I thought this could be done better.

After more than 20 years in the wine and spirits industry, I bring with me a deep knowledge of taste, aroma, quality and craftsmanship. I have worked as a buyer at Systembolaget , and as a product manager at several of Sweden's leading importers , where I was responsible for selecting, developing and launching drinks on the Swedish market. I have traveled through Europe's most beautiful vineyards, met passionate producers and refined the art of assessing and choosing the very best products.

Now I bring all that experience into a new world – the non-alcoholic one. With the same careful selection, the same sensory acuity and the same respect for craftsmanship, we select premium non-alcoholic alternatives that deserve a clear place in the market.

This store is also personal...

On December 7, 2025, my mother celebrated 30 years of sober drinking – a choice that saved her life and gave me and my sister a more secure future. On the same day, we launched Zest & Zero. This is my tribute to her, and to everyone else who has made or is making this choice.
