Orders & Agreement

A binding agreement is formed once you have received an order confirmation by email.

Prices & Payment

All prices are stated in SEK (Swedish Krona) and include VAT where applicable.

Payment can be made using the payment methods available at checkout.

Delivery

The standard delivery time within Sweden is 2–5 business days. Delivery times may vary during periods of high demand or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Right of Withdrawal

Under Swedish distance selling regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to opened food products or products where the seal has been broken.

Complaints and Claims

If you wish to make a complaint or submit a claim, please contact us by email.

In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).

Limitation of Liability

Zest & Zero shall not be held liable for delays, losses, or damages resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Swedish law.
