Shipping Terms and Returns

Shipping Terms – Zest & Zero AB

Zest & Zero AB offers safe and fast delivery of our alcohol-free beverages directly from our logistics center operated by NTG in Osby. Below you will find the shipping terms that apply to purchases made through our online store.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver only within Sweden.

During our start-up phase, we are focusing on providing safe and efficient nationwide deliveries before expanding to additional countries.

Delivery Options

We offer two delivery options:

1. Delivery to a Collection Point

Your package will be sent to the DHL or Schenker collection point closest to the address provided at checkout.

You will receive a notification via SMS or email when your package is ready for collection.

2. Home Delivery

You may choose home delivery to the address provided at checkout. The carrier will contact you with information regarding the delivery date and time window.

You must be available to receive the delivery, or alternatively approve delivery without a signature (if this option is offered by the carrier).

Delivery Times

The standard delivery time is 2–5 business days from the date your order is confirmed.

Delivery times may be slightly longer during public holidays and promotional periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the selected delivery method and delivery address.

We may offer free shipping during promotions or when a specified order value is exceeded, as indicated in the store.

Damaged Goods in Transit

If the package or its contents are damaged upon delivery, this must be reported directly to the carrier and to us within 48 hours, together with photographs of the damaged goods. Please email us at info@zestandzero.com.

Always retain the packaging and damaged goods until the matter has been resolved.

Unclaimed Deliveries

Packages that are not collected or accepted will be subject to a fee of SEK 149 to cover shipping and handling costs.

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate contact and delivery information when placing an order. Any additional costs resulting from incorrect information may be charged to the customer.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

As our products are food and beverage products, special return regulations apply.

Right of Withdrawal

Under Swedish distance selling regulations, customers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.

Exception: The right of withdrawal does not apply to food products that may deteriorate quickly or where the seal has been broken, which includes our beverages.

This means that we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

When Can I Make a Return?

We will accept a return or offer a replacement if:

  • The product was damaged during delivery
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product does not correspond to its description in any material way

In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order, and we will assist you promptly.

Damaged Deliveries

If your package is damaged upon delivery, please document the damage with photographs and contact us immediately so that we can initiate a claim with the carrier.
