White Tasted by Jancis Robinson
Cloudy pale lemon colour. It smells fragrant, of silver-tip and
green tea. It tastes dry, elegant, with a light tang of apricot skin
and green nectarines. Angelica stem and cooked rhubarb leaf,
grassy sweetness. It's a delicious, subtle, super-elegant, super-
fresh and remarkably complex drink. I could happily drink this
instead of wine if I was on an alcohol-free spree.
