From aperitif to Avec. Get the feeling of a selected drink package at a star restaurant with our premium box. Here we have put together a package with 6 different drinks for a perfect food match for a selected dinner.

We provide food suggestions for each drink, but of course you can choose what you want to eat with it.

The mixed box contains one bottle of each drink. Enough for 6 people.

Aperitif/ welcome drink: Divin Vigneron Blanc de Blanc
Snacks: Gruyère or Comté gougère, Small warm cheese puffs (gougères) made from matured cheese with a nutty taste

Starter: Grilled scallop with cauliflower cream & browned butter with hazelnut
Drink: Ambijus Act Naturally, Fermented Tea, Thornwood, Gooseberry, Elderflower with Apples from Hardanger and Sea Salt from the Møre Coast.

Snack: Tuna tataki with pink pepper, ponzu & strawberry vinaigrette
Drink: ACALA Sparkling Tea, Rosé wine style.

Main course: Pink roast duck breast with cherry sauce, celeriac puree & crispy shallots
Drink: Divin Vigneron Pinot Noir

Dessert: Lemon posset with Italian meringue & lemon zest . A silky, slightly tart lemon cream (served cold), topped with fluffy meringue.
Drink: Well-chilled Limoncello, served in small frosted glasses.

Coffee & Avec. Amaretto with a Baccio, a small Italian chocolate praline.
