The DIVIN team, in collaboration with winemaker Alessandro Bariè – a specialist in Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire – has created an alcohol-free sparkling rosé wine. The wine is produced on the Atlantic coast and in the Loire Valley, where the selected Sauvignon Blanc wine was chosen for its exceptional aromatic potential and the perfect balance between sweetness and acidity. Together with the blue grapes Cabernet franc and Cot Noir, a seductive, flirtatious and wonderfully fruity rosé bubble is created.

The nose offers fresh Sauvignon Blanc aromas of citrus, white flowers and exotic fruits, which then meet subtle notes of red berries – raspberries, blueberries and blackberries – thanks to a small amount of red wine.
