Discover 'Vigneron' Sauvignon Blanc 0.5%, a wine from the oldest vines and our best vineyard sites in Touraine. Thanks to an advanced technique where the aromas are restored after dealcoholization, the wine acquires a unique personality, with elegant light vanilla notes. Part of the wine is aged in steel tanks for freshness and fruitiness, while another part is aged in used oak barrels for 10 months for complexity. The result is a sophisticated, alcohol-free wine that celebrates gastronomy at the highest level and enhances your finest dinners.

Serve well chilled, 8–10°C , in a larger white wine glass so that the aromatic notes can bloom. Perfect as an aperitif – or with finer fish and seafood dishes.
