Discover 'Vigneron' Sauvignon Blanc 0.5%, a wine from the oldest vines and our best vineyard sites in Touraine. Thanks to advanced technology where the aromas are reintroduced after de-alcoholization, the wine gains a unique personality with elegant, light vanilla notes. Part of the wine is aged in stainless steel tanks for freshness and fruitiness, while another part is aged in used oak barrels for 10 months for complexity. The result is a sophisticated, alcohol-free wine that celebrates gastronomy at the highest level and enhances your finest dinners. We dare say that this wine is one of the best alcohol-free white wines on the market today.

Aroma and Taste: Citrus, blackcurrant leaf, lime, and white peach. Fresh, dry and aromatic with notes of citrus, pear, herbaceousness and complexity.
Finish: Clean, fresh, and mineral-driven, long aftertaste.

Serving

Serve well chilled, 8–10°C, in a larger white wine glass to allow the aromatic notes to fully develop. Perfect as an aperitif – or with fine fish and seafood dishes.
