GNISTA Red is full-bodied, complex, and structured. Description

With notes of licorice, oak, cherry, and pepper, the Italian is structured, slightly astringent, and aromatic. When it comes to food, this style pairs particularly well with dishes that have umami, richness, and depth, balancing the drink's tannins and spiciness.

Try it with mushrooms, lentils, and roasted vegetables, along with herbs like thyme, sage, and rosemary. It also goes excellently with red meat dishes, such as carpaccio, Thai beef salad, or yakitori-grilled meat.

Serve slightly chilled, at approximately 11–12 °C.
