Night Orient Zero‐alcohol botanical drink, juniper, herbs & strawberry is an exciting alternative to our 12 BOTANIC classic. It is as attractive as it is elegant. A subtle balance of strawberries together with the aromas of 12 different herbs and a hint of strawberry gives it all the qualities of a perfect cocktail.

Serving tip: Serve well chilled with an ice cube, fresh or frozen raspberries and strawberries, a slice of lime, top with a small splash of well-chilled classic tonic.

Serving temperature: 6-7 degrees.

Suitable for:

Fresh strawberries dipped in white chocolate or with a lightly minted lime zest spray – mirror the berry notes in the drink.

Crostini with goat cheese, fresh strawberry slices and drizzles of honey – combines sweetness and fruit with creaminess.

Salad of arugula, strawberries, toasted almond flakes and balsamic glaze – the nuttiness and tartness match the botanicals.

Small skewers with grilled halloumi + strawberry + mint – gives both grilled flavor and summer berries.

Mini tacos with salmon or tuna, mango & strawberry salsa, coriander – exotic and fruity accentuate the character of the drink.

A sweet ending – such as strawberry and raspberry macarons or cheesecake pieces with strawberry compote – works when the drink is served as a “dessert drink”.
