Serving tip: Recommended serving temperature around 6–8 °C (well chilled) to highlight the freshness. Serve in a tall glass with lots of ice, a few fresh mint leaves, and a thin slice of lime sitting on the rim of the glass. An excellent party or mingling drink for anyone who wants a bubbly feeling without alcohol.

Pairs well with: grilled chicken with lime marinade, coriander salsa, or halloumi skewers with mint and lime zest or mini halloumi skewers, avocado toast, mango sorbet. Go crazy and grate lime zest, finely chopped mint and freeze into popsicle sticks. Serve poolside!
